We’re Jahana Uchtman and Janessa White, two sisters working together to make your Lake of the Ozarks vacation and property worry-free.

We grew up at the Lake of the Ozarks, swimming in the lake three times a day while our parents took turns running a snack bar on the Bagnell Dam Strip. We began to work in the business at a young age, learning hard work and seeing the challenges of entrepreneurship. We also learned about the difficulties associated with having a second home.

We took separate paths after college; Janessa in residential leasing and property management, and Jahana in marketing and project management. After talking about our strengths and future paths one day, we realized how well they fit together. Lake of the Ozarks Lifestyle Management was born ten years after Janessa initially saw the need. Now we work together providing our clients with top notch service they can trust. Our team saves countless hours for vacationing folks, allowing them to do what they came to the lake to do- relax, have fun, and be with one another.
